Sponsorship includes signage recognizing the sponsoring company, recognition in the electronic meeting flipbook and welcome PowerPoint, and recognition on the KHIMA website.
Booth Includes:
- 6-foot table
- Two Chairs
- Electricity
- Complimentary WIFI
- Two (2) company representatives per booth
- URL link to an electronic list of registrants (opt-in registrants only)
- Attendee meeting registration fee (CE hours included) waived for 2 company representatives (A separate registration will be required as an attendee. Please contact centraloffice@khima.com to receive the registration code.)
Cancellation
The registration fee is non-refundable but can be changed to a sponsorship option. Should KHIMA need to change the format of the exhibitor show from in-person to virtual, no refunds will be made. However, all registered exhibitors may provide a 30-minute recording posted in the learning management system for meeting attendees.

Exhibitor Registration
Registration will close at 11:59 PM CT on April 14, 2027.
When you register online, you will have the option to pay by mail with a check or pay online with a credit card (AMEX, Discover, Mastercard, or Visa). You will receive two emails once you register – 1) a confirmation email and 2) a registration statement email which serves as your receipt (if you paid by credit card) or invoice (if you plan to pay by check).
If you are paying by check, make your check payable to KnowledgeConnex, include your invoice # that is on your registration statement email, and mail your check to KnowledgeConnex. The mailing address will be on the registration statement email.
