Healthcare is changing rapidly, and information governance is the key to success in keeping up with the evolving industry challenges and demands. This session will provide you with a more comprehensive understanding of information governance. You will learn how to start or further develop an Information Governance (IG) program, recognize the importance of using information as a strategic asset, and build a business case for IG.
