Healthcare is changing rapidly, and information governance is the key to success in keeping up with the evolving industry challenges and demands. You must learn about the information governance and its competencies in order to successfully apply them to your organization’s current business and clinical processes.
This session will provide you with a more comprehensive understanding of information governance. You will learn how to start or further develop an Information Governance (IG) program, recognize the importance of using information as a strategic asset, and build a business case for IG.
