Call for 2027-2028 Board Nominations

The Kansas Health Information Management Association (KHIMA) is looking for passionate, engaged members who are ready to make a difference! The KHIMA Nominating Committee invites you to help shape the future of our association by nominating a fellow member—or yourself—for a KHIMA Board position for the upcoming fiscal year, July 1, 2027 – June 30, 2028.

Step forward, share your talents, and be part of the leadership team that helps guide KHIMA’s mission, programs, and member experience. All nominees must be professional members of AHIMA and KHIMA.

President-Elect (3-year term)

• 2027-2028: President-Elect / Delegate

• 2028-2029: President / Delegate

• 2029-2030: Past-President / Delegate

Delegate (2-year term)

• 2027-2028: 1st Year Delegate

• 2028-2029: 2nd Year Delegate

Director (2-year term)

• 2027-2028: 1st Year Director/ Alternate Delegate

• 2028-2029: 2nd Year Director/Delegate

Secretary/Treasurer (2-year term)

• 2027-2028: 1st Year

• 2028-2029: 2nd Year

Nominating Committee (1-year term)

• 2027-2028

All terms begin July 1, 2027. The nomination deadline is October 1st.
